The apartment building is located on a quiet street just off one of Palma's main shopping streets: C/San Miquel. The San Miquel street leads in to the centre square Plaça Mayor and the intricate maze of small streets full of boutiques and bars that is Palma centre.

It is also very near the combined bus and train station on Plaça Espanya where for example the airport bus stops and the famous Soller train line begins
