This well maintained apartment is on the very edge of the Son Parc golf complex, with the island's only golf course.  The apartment is on a corner location and faces onto the sea, and with windows on both sides, which helps to keep the apartment cool in summer without the need for air conditioning

The entrance is up and down a few steps (approx 6) into the back of the apartment, with another couple of steps up and then down to the door. The apartment is on the ground floor.

There is a comfortable lounge with 2 sets of french doors to make the most of the corner position and sea views. There is a TV and DVD player in the apartment.

Off to the right is a compact kitchenette with 2 gas and 2 electric rings, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle.

The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and sea views, as does the twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom with 4 piece suite between the two bedrooms and featuring a glass block wall to the shower. There is also the benefit of a washing machine and tumble drier.
