A cosy apartment with great views over the beach at Son Parc from the terrace with BBQ. Sleeps 4 and with a shared pool.
This apartment is part of a lovely tiered complex over looking the sea and beach at Son Parc with easy access to local amenities. Although there are several steps up to the apartment, the views are wonderful. A community swimming pool also has views over the sea and beach.

The lounge has comfortable sofas, a portable stereo and sliding doors opening onto a terrace with outdoor furniture and again over looking the sea. The kitchen is open plan and has fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

Upstairs there are 2 twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom.

There is a small BBQ on the terrace.

Location/Comments

Location
Son Parc, is a relatively new development and is still expanding. It is situated to the north of the island amid gently rolling hills and pine forests. The beach has a fine expanse of white sand with a beach bar and various water sports, including windsurfers, pedalos and canoes.


The resort is a combination of residential areas and a commercial centre with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, a chemist and disco. Son Parc also features the island's only golf course. There is also a tennis club.
