A comfortable family apartment in the popular resort of Son Parc, sleeping 4 and with a shared pool.

This ground floor apartment is situated in the popular resort of Son Parc.

The lounge has comfortable seating for up to 6, including two single chairs which can be converted into extra beds, a TV video combo unit (only used for viewing, there are no local or satellite channels), a DVD player and mini hi fi unit. There is a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted, with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, Zanussi washing machine and microwave.

There are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and both have air conditioning and the bathroom has WC, bath and shower.

The breakfast sun terrace has seating for 6 and the apartment comes with its own parking space. There are two shared pools outside.

There is a direct route to the beach which takes about 5 minutes, but is down approx 150 steps. The longer route takes about 15 minutes in total.


 


 

Location/Comments

Location
Son Parc, is a relatively new development and is still expanding. It is situated to the north of the island amid gently rolling hills and pine forests. The beach has a fine expanse of white sand with a beach bar and various water sports, including windsurfers, pedalos and canoes. The resort is a combination of residential areas and a commercial centre with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, a chemist and disco. Son Parc also features a 15-hole golf course, the only one on the island, and this is due to be expanded to 18 holes. There is also a tennis club.
