This pretty villa is situated in a residential area within the small resort of Port Addaya. It is a comfortably furnished property in a quiet area, but still close to all amenities.

The split- level accommodation comprises on the lower floor, a well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge/ice maker; comfortably furnished sitting room with ceiling fan, Freeview Sky TV/video/DVD and CD player; and doors to terrace with pretty rolling gardens and sea views. Utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer. For added comfort there is air conditioning.

Two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom with Jacuzzi. On the upper level, a double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room whilst the master double bedroom features a balcony plus an ensuite shower room.

The 10x5m swimming pool area has extensive terracing and a built-in barbecue, with an attractive sun awning for a little shade. The pool can be heated for cooler periods, although this will only raise the temperature by a 2-3d egrees. There is also an outside toilet. The gardens are a real feature of this property with extensive lawns and 2 garden pools.
