This very attractive villa is a front line property with lovely lawned gardens and fantastic sea views. It is also an ideal place to 'snorkle' off the rocks and has access steps to the sea approx 500 yards away. A peaceful location but walking distance to a local restaurant and only 10 mins drive to the lovely sandy beach at Punta Prima.

The villa is single story and has an American style kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher and a washing machine in the laundry room.

The living room is split-level with the dining area slightly raised above the lounge. There is a Satellite TV (not English channels), DVD and CD player. Doors from the lounge area open on to the terrace where you are only steps away from the waters edge.

There are three bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom, one twin room and one bedroom with split-level bunk beds. (The L shaped bunk beds could be used to sleep a 7th child, if required.) A family bathroom and separate toilet completes the accommodation.The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and free-standing fans.

All in all a very comfortable villa, in an ideal location.
