This attractive townhouse is in the resort of Play de Fornells which is well served with local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a very short distance to the sea.


The property is well positioned with lovely views of the sea and although quite compact, can sleep up to 7 people. The accommodation comprises a compact living/dining room with doors that open onto the enlarged balcony which has lovely sea views.


The kitchen is open plan and is fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge. On this level there is a bunk bedroom with a further single bed and family bathroom, which houses the washing machine, and a twin bedded room. All have fitted wardrobes.


The narrow spiral stairs leads up to a mezzanine floor which has a new sofa bed and shower room. There is an upper terrace overlooking the sea. A comfortable, compact house which is ideal for family use.  The property has been repainted for the 2008 season.
