This apartment (B3) can be let with MHD0849 and MHD0851 to sleep a party of up to 15.This ground floor apartment is ideal for families with young children. The apartments are set in beautiful gated gardens that offer plenty of amusement for children in the play area. There is a natural shade from trees plus parasols and sun loungers around the pool. Well suited to families with children due to the large swimming pool with separate shallow child’s pool and the playground area. There is an onsite bar offering a range of alcoholic and soft drinks, meals, snacks and internet access. (Some services at peak season only so please check with us to avoid disappointment).

There are 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes, one of which contains a fitted key safe. A charge of 10 Euros per week is made for use of the safe with a 20 Euro refundable deposit upon return of the key. Payment upon arrival.
Brand new high quality shower room with WC, wash basin, spacious shower, brand new shelving and accessories. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, includes all appliances, crockery and utensils you should require. Spacious lounge/dining room with sofa, dining room table and chairs. TV, DVD/CD player and books provided.

Private terrace with table and chairs for sitting and dining outside, overlooking the beautiful pool and gated landscaped gardens of the complex.

Outside of the grounds you will find a basketball court, football pitch, tennis courts, fun house, go-carting, skateboarding course, waterslides and more entertainment than you can choose from. Not forgetting the beach which is just a 10 minute stroll or a short drive away. Alternatively why not catch the fun train.

Doctors, chemist, hairdressers, gift shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Calan Porter has a lovely sandy, gently sloping beach which is just a 10 minute walk away from the apartment accessed down steps, walkway or you can catch the mini train around the corner from the apartments or in the town centre. An ideal beach for children where sun loungers and parasols can be hired, also pedalos and slide boats.

Son Parc professional golf course approx 20 minute drive away.

Terms

Prices are quoted for the property per week in UK Pounds. Special offers: September £199 and October £150 per week. Cots and highchairs can be provided upon request. Please ask for a quote if you are looking for a long term let.

For same year bookings we require a 30% deposit or 50% for bookings made for the following year. The balance is payable in Pounds Sterling upon arrival. Cot and highchair can be provided upon request. All required linen including bath and hand towel per person is provided fresh for each arrival and on multi week lets a change is made after the first week. Please bring your own towels for use at the pool and on the beach.

We are incredibly flexible offering changeover days to suit your travel needs so that we fit in with the cheapest flights you have found to ensure you get the best possible deal. Guests normally leave by 10am and arrive after 3pm or by prior arrangement.
