Centrally located in the resort town of Cala en Porter this first floor, 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 or 5 people and is part of a quiet complex set in beautiful gardens with a children's play area. Your private terrace overlooks the pool which has a separated shallow children's pool and gardens and is the only apartment on the development which has a distant sea view. For those looking for a beach holiday it is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the horseshoe bay and deep sandy beach.The apartment accommodation comprises:

A Lounge / dining room with a single sofa bed, TV, DVD/CD player and dining table and chairs. There is a small private terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens. The kitchen has a gas cooker and hob, fridge / freeze, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. There is an iron and ironing board in the utility room.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 also has a fitted safe for your convenience. There is a full bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and bidet.

Outside, the shared pool is surrounded by sunloungers and parasols for the use of guests. There is a children's play area with climbing frame, see-saw, etc. in a shaded area of the gardens.

The beach is a 10 minute walk away or you can take the holiday train from the town centre.

Towels and linen are included. The apartment is cleaned and towels and linen changed each week.

Owner Recommends

On the beach at Cala en Porter there are sun loungers, parasols and pedaloes for hire. Son Parc golf course is within 30 minutes drive of the apartment. At nearby resorts you will find a water sports park, scuba diving, sailing, horse riding, Go-karting and various activities to suit all tastes. Details of all these activities can be found in the free tourist brochure available at the various bars and supermarkets.

Cala en Porter town centre is only a few minutes walk from the apartment where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a chemist and a selection of other speciality shops. The bars in the town offer evening entertainment and the Cova d\'Xoroi caves offer late night Club entertainment but because of their location in the cliffside cause no inconvenience to those wanting an earlier night!

Terms

Prices are quoted for the property per week in UK pounds. 5th person supplement £60 per week.

Bookings are Friday to Friday. Arrival is after 3pm and you must vacate the property by 10am.

£100 per week deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
