This recently built villa has every modern convenience you could wish for, even down to a covered, heated pool! Situated on a side road on the edge of the village the property is completely enclosed with walls, hedges or the gated front entrance.Stepping in the spacious hallway the ground floor accommodation comprises a modern kitchen with integral appliances, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and separate ceramic hob. The dining table and chairs are at the end of the kitchen where it opens out into the lounge.

Comfortable sofas, plasma TV with Sky Free to View and sliding doors to the decked pool area. Teak outdoor furniture make for comfortable outdoor eating.
The pool is covered and heated so can be used all through the year; ideal for a relaxing out of season break. The pool is approximately 9x5m. The cover is domed but can be slid back when the weather is too warm

The house is fully equipped with air conditioning units which also provide heating.
Off the hallway is a separate toilet.

Upstairs to the master bedroom, separate terrace with outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a very spacious ensuite shower room with an built-in multi gym.
There is a further bathroom and bedroom with a small double bed and single bed.
The area leading to a large terrace, with sliding doors, is tastefully decorated with pot plants.

To the second floor and there is another twin bedroom with a separate Jacuzzi bath tub. A few more steps take you to the top of the building with fantastic views of the beach in the distance and countryside.

The accommodation is of a very high standard, has a built in radio system, blinds for most of the windows and a laundry area with washing machine and toilet.

Terms

25% deposit payable on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before your departure.

Arrivals from 3pm and departure at 10am, although we will be flexible where possible.

Prices shown are in pounds sterling and are per week for the property, not per person.
