Luxury Villa with Private Pool and Great Views, Overlooking Small Marina on North Coast
Sleeps 8 (4 Bedrooms). A spacious family villa for eight on two floors with 3 bedrooms and a study/bedroom. Landscaped gardens and sun terraces surround the private 10 metre pool. The living area is on the first floor with access to the shady balcony. Bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with doors leading onto the terrace and swimming pool. The pool is an `infinity` pool with water cascading over one edge. There is a large library of books, video tapes and audio CDs. Central heating has been provided in all living areas and bedrooms. There are fans in the living areas and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 with double bed and ensuite bathroom, WC and bidet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both with twin beds. Study area/bedroom 4 with sofa bed.There are two other shower rooms with WC and bidet in each.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all utensils. There is a washing machine and fridge, ironing table and iron in the utility room. There is a large lounge and dining area opening onto shady balcony, which is equipped with radio, satellite TV and VCR. Also a WC adjacent to living area. The villa has the benefit of central heating.

Gardens and sun terraces surround the 10 metre private swimming pool and there are sun loungers, a child's paddling pool and a barbecue. The car port under the villa gives shade for your car.
Rental includes all linen and washing towels. Beach towels are not supplied. The villa is cleaned weekly. There is also a cot for your use.

Owner Recommends

A safe sandy beach at Arenal is five minutes away by car and another is at Son Parc, fifteen minutes away by car.
Menorca boasts many other beaches up to forty minutes away on the south coast. Golf course fifteen minutes away by car at Son Parc.

The only airport is Mahon, twenty five minutes away by car. Car hire is considered essential, to be able to tour this beautiful island.

Mahon is the capital with a full selection of shops, banks, post office and restaurants. It is twenty minutes away by car. The rest of Menorca can be explored with ease. No attraction is more than fifty minutes away by car.

Terms

Booking by owners form available on request. A 10 percent deposit is required on booking, with the balance payable eight weeks in advance.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 10% discount for less than 4 people. 10% discount per week for bookings of more than 2 weeks.

Wednesday is preferred though other days are considered.

Clients should not arrive until 3pm on arrival day and leave by 10am on the day of departure.
