A large lounge/dining area, lounge doors opening on to a large veranda used as an outdoor eating area. There is a BBQ and a large poolside area suitable for sunbathing. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds and 2 family bathrooms. About a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Some supermarkets deliver free.

Fitted kitchen includes gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, pots, pans and the all important corkscrew! Utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, some inflatables and toys. Door to washing line and pool area. Large spacious lounge with two, 3 seater settees, and 2 single chairs. Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player, a selection of books and games. 6 seater dining table (which will comfortably seat 8) and chairs. Doors leading to the veranda area.

The villa will have been cleaned for your arrival, all beds freshly made. Linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided and changed weekly. Please take your own personal beach towels.

The villa has been built on one level leading to and from the pool and terrace with one small step making it suitable for children and disabled alike.

Outside is the private pool, terrace and sunbathing area offering 8 sunloungers, tables and seating for 8, parasol and a charcoal BBQ. The large 10x5m pool has 2 ladders leading in and a diving board. It slopes to a gradual depth of approx. 2.2m. The pool is fully maintained and an attendant will visit twice a week. Outside clothes line fitted.

The villa is surrounded by a high wall with a locking door which makes it ideal for families with small children and gives total privacy. There is also a rooftop terrace which is extremely private. Information booklet/maps of the island and local information including emergency number is available in the villa. Cots, highchairs and extra beds available on request. No smoking inside the villa please.

We recommend visiting one of the weekly markets that take place in the small villages nearby, or taking a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water of such magnificent natural beaches as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes.

The lovers of golf will find it only 15 km to the beautiful golf course: Son Antem.

35kms from Palma airport.

The house is located some 1 km from the town of Campos. In Campos you will find all the services: supermarkets, petrol stations, pharmacies, restaurants, banks etc.

Prices shown for the property are per week in UK pounds. Long term Winter lets available on request.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Final balance is due 8 weeks before departure.

Saturday will be the change-over day. On day of arrival the villa will be ready for you at 4pm. On your day of departure, the villa is to be vacated by 10am.
