The living accommodation is reached from the front terrace and into the open plan lounge/dining area furnished in comfortable seating with large TV supporting Sky digital satellite facility (with full Sky package) and DVD player. The kitchen is fitted with microwave, fridge and gas cooker. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine. 2 of the air-conditioned bedrooms are downstairs, both with en-suite facilities. The master double bedroom is within the 'tower' with full en-suite and air-conditioning.

Fresh towels and linen are provided which are changed on a weekly basis. Changeover day is Friday. There is also a cot and high chair for your use.

5 minutes drive from the beautifully quaint village of San Clemente with its friendly local supermarket and several banks featuring cash points. The fabulous capital of Mahon with its incredible natural port is but a further 10 minutes away.

Terms

Price are for the property per week in UK Sterling. Booking deposit of 25% (non-refundable) secures your reservation. The remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Please note: all payments are non-refundable.

Changeover day is usually Friday, arriving after 2.00pm and departing by 10.00am. However, depending on circumstances, other arrangements may be made by prior agreement.
