The lounge/dining room opens onto a shaded veranda and large pool area with plenty of room to sunbathe. There is also a large roof terrace with views over the sea and countryside. The bars and supermarkets are only a short walk away.

There are fans in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the lounge.

Each private pool is approx. 8x4m and is for the sole use of the people staying at the villa. Each villa has a BBQ and out door furniture including sunbeds, umbrellas and a table and chairs.

Owner Recommends

Cala'n Porter has a sheltered sandy beach which offers safe bathing for all ages. There are sunbeds and pedaloes available for hire. It is a 10 minute walk from the villa or you could drive or ride on the tourist train. There are bars and shops close to the beach.

Mahon airport is a 15 min drive from Cala’ Porter. Car hire is not essential as there is a taxi rank at the airport and in Cala'n Porter and a bus service to Mahon.

Mahon is a 20 min drive away. It offers a wider range of shops and has a local market Tuesday's and Saturday's.

Terms

Prices are for EACH property per week in UK Pounds.

Winter stays available in Cassa Rena A.

Saturday is changeover day. Guests must leave the villa by 10am to allow for the cleaning of the villa and new arrivals are allowed into the villa after 2pm.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, but for early and late season Friday to Friday may be possible.

A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
