This large spacious detached villa stands in private grounds in a quiet area of Cala’n Porter but is still within easy walking distance of all shops and amenities.The villa is equipped for six people and consists of;

Large completely furnished, lounge/dining room/Sun Room with TV / DVD and CD player.
Separate fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, all necessary crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.

Two Twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet.

One Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

Two bathrooms one comprising bath, with built in shower, toilet and hand basin and one comprising walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.

Patio doors lead from the lounge onto covered and open terraces and garden

The villa has a private spacious fully tiled swimming pool with underwater lighting.
Sun lounges, table, chairs and umbrellas are provided.

Clean linen and towels are provided weekly. Clients are requested to bring their own pool beach towels for use out of doors.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday

To enable cleaning of the villas, between bookings, clients are asked to leave the villa by 10a.m. Incoming guests should not expect to enter the villa before 2p.m.

May 17th to July 3th £750.00

July 4th to July 24th £850.00

July 25th to September 4th £1100.00

September 5th to October 2nd £750.00

3rd October onwards £480.00

Terms

Prices are per villa and based on up to six people sharing. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

We recommend that travel insurance be taken out at the time of booking in case of cancellation for any reason.
