Property Overview

The apartment is situated in a quiet area of the popular family resort Cala n Forcat. Located within a minutes walk to the nearest beach and 10 mins stroll to the nearest shops/bars and restaurants. There is a water park 15-20 mins walk away, also bike hire is available within the resort.

The apartment is situated within a private complex with attractive landscaped gardens. The balcony at the front overlooks the communal pool with children's section and tennis court. Adjacent to the pool is a communal BBQ and bar area with tables and chairs. There is a utility area outside the apt which has a washing machine and sink with work surfaces. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom contains a single bed and bunk bed, this room has beach views from the rear window. The other bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and a door leading to the balcony. The family bathroom consists of bath with shower attachment, toilet, bidet and sink. The bar/style kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven/hob and microwave, which overlooks an open plan living/dining room. There is a tv and dvd player with a selection of films provided. Bed linen, towels and an apartment clean are provided. Parking is available at the front of the complex. The airport is a 40min car/taxi ride away.

A 20% deposit will be required when you place the booking and the full balance will be required 8 weeks before departure.
