A comfortable and spacious single storey villa with private pool and views of the sea, from a quite cul de sac location.

This beautifully reformed villa with private pool is a quiet area of the select resort of Sant Tomas, but only 5 minutes walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The resort boasts a lovely sandy beach and a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants and also a 24 hour doctor in case of emergencies.
The house is surrounded by an attractive low maintenance garden with pretty shrubs and has a swimming pool with hand rails round the inside of the pool and a rail leading down the steps into the pool. There is off road parking on the property as well.

The entrance into villa is into the lounge which is fitted with period style furniture and hatchway leading into the modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all electric ceramic hob and oven. There is a utility room past the kitchen with a washing machine and toilet and sink. A comfortable 'snug' has the benefit of the Sky 'Free to View' TV package.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted in the bathroom are grab rails for assistance in and out of the bath. The other bedroom has twin beds.

The house also has the benefit of wall mounted electric radiators for those cooler or out of season times.

There is an enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property which is a real suntrap and outdoor garden furniture to complete the furnishings. Altogether a cosy villa in an ideal situation and great for older people or those who are less mobile. The period style furniture does mean this villa is not really suitable for young children.

There is a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Son Bou has the longest stretch of sandy beach on the island at almost 4 kilometres long. It is the bigger of the two resort areas and has everything for a perfect family holiday, including the usual shops, bars, restaurants and a bank.
