Our Spanish apartment is located on the prestigious La Torre Golf Resort and is managed by the Polaris World Group, one of the foremost holiday resort companies in the world.

Although the main emphasis is on golf there are many other attractions within the complex itself and the surrounding area. Only ten minutes from the stunning Costa Calida beaches and twenty from the town of Murcia, this is an ideal base for touring this beautiful region. The apartment is situated within the La Torre Golf Resort complex overlooking the third green with extensive views across the course. The apartment will sleep four persons and has a tastefully appointed lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In addition there is a balcony area overlooking the course which is ideal for relaxing at the end of a busy day. Please note: this is a no smoking and no pets apartment.
Living Room

A stylish room with luxurious tiled flooring, comfortable seating and beautiful furnishings where adults can relax in comfort at the end of a busy day. Looking out onto the balcony area through large patio doors, this is a spacious, open-plan room that doubles as a dining area at meal times.
Main Bedroom

Luxuriously tiled floor with a stylish rug. This room has french doors which open to overlook the golf course. The main bedroom suite features a double bed with satin bedspread and cushions. There is ample storage for clothing etc. There are two nightstands which feature their own stylish lighting.
Second Bedroom

This comfortable second bedroom features twin beds with ample storage and french doors.

The well appointed kitchen features state of the art appliances, cooker with extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator and a dishwasher.

There is a range of ancillary electrical equipment of the highest quality including a toaster, electric kettle etc. plus a full set of stainless steel pans and cooking utensils. There is also a good selection of crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils and kitchen accessories.
Bathroom

The bathroom comprises bath / shower, toilet and designer hand basin. This stylish bathroom is clean and welcoming and ideal for a long soak after a day on the golf course. There is an ample supply of soft towelling and toiletries available.

The balcony area is large enough to sit out in the evening to enjoy a quiet drink at the end of the day. Access is from the living room and enjoys views across the golf course.

Swimming pool
The large communal swimming pool offers a fun and safe environment for all the family. This an ideal place for an early morning dip or alternatively sun bathe on the patio area after a hard day on the golf course

Murcia is renowned for its fine wines which is still produced in Jumilla, Bullas and Yecla so a visit to one of the many restaurants in any of these towns is a must. Also worth visiting are the many cultural delights within Murcia City such as the magnificent Baroque churches and palaces along with the incredible four hundred year old cathedral.

If it is culture you are looking for then a visit to the old centre in Murcia City is the place for you. This is where you will find a selection of intriguing museums along with many tapas bars and restaurants.

Murcia, also known as the Warm Coast, has a coastline of just over 250 kilometers (155 miles) of outstanding beaches and beautiful cliffs and coves. A major beauty spot is La Manga, a strip of land that encloses the Minor Sea Lagoon from the Mediterranean. The Minor Sea is historically famous for its health benefits.

With an annual average temperature of 21° c, and low rain fall this area is well worth a visit at any time of the year. It is not unusual for the Murcia region to have over 300 days of sunshine a year. In addition to the coastal delights, Murcis offers a rich and diverse choice of landscapes and Nature Reserves. For those looking to explore the area there is a huge choice of options available from touring in your car, hiking trails and hill climbing on horseback or on foot.

Murcia is also richly endowed with Regional Parks and Nature Reserves. A visit to the incredible Sierra de Espuna Regional Park is not to be missed. This is a stunning forested mountain range with walks to suit every level and is home to an amazing selection of animal, plant and bird species.

The La Torre Golf Resort is a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course built around three stunning lakes. The course is par 68 with four sets of tees. The provisional distances are: White = 5356 metres, Yellow = 4967 metres, Red = 3734 metres and Blue = 4507 metres. This course is ideal for both average players and for those with a high handicap. The course also features all the practice areas that you would expect to find from a top quality golf complex. There are over five hectares of bunkers, separating the holes. This makes each round of golf a challenging and enjoyable experience.

La Torre Golf Resort is the second to be completed by Polaris World. Its mediterranean style white washed properties make this a most attractive site for a family holiday. The facilities are structured around the golf course and is a mixture of villas, houses and luxury apartments. The main focus of the complex is the \'town centre\' built around a beautiful lake side setting. Facilities here include a large supermarket, a school, a hospital and bars and restaurants.

The large communial swimming pool offers a fun and safe environment for all the family. This an ideal place for an early morning dip or alternatively sun bathe on the patio area after a hard day on the golf course.

The supermarket sells freshly baked bread, milk, and all the other items that you are likely to require, it even has a wide range of imported British products and can supply national and international daily newspapers. Within the supermarket there is an excellent wine and spirits section where you can have your favourite wines sent back home to family and friends. On top of this they can also deliver straight to your apartment door.

Located near the Club House is the Spa which features an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, treatments rooms, massage parlours and more.

Restaurants and Bars: La Encina - a buffet restaurant offering a wide range of dishes. Open seven days a week from 1pm to 4pm and 8 pm to 11pm.
Wood House Bar - a nice relaxing place to be after a hard days golf, serving a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Pino\'s Bar La Torre - a luxurious open plan bar with a fine selection of beers, wines and spirits. Relax and drink in style from 12pm to 2am every day.

Holidaymakers staying on La Torre also have access to the \'Minor Sea Shores\' scheme. This allows residents access to the various Polaris World Resorts in the area and all the services and facilities that they offer.

Terms

Terms
Prices range from £50 to £95 per night for the entire apartment depending on dates booked. Minimum booking three nights. Please email us for the current price. (Please note that prices quoted are for the property and are not per person).

Cot hire, welcome pack, champagne and flowers are all available if required at extra cost, email us for details.
Reservations

A £200 sterling deposit, or full payment if less than eight weeks from departure, is required to confirm the booking. Final payment will be due eight weeks prior to departure date. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received and cleared. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to J. Henly. If wishing to pay by bank transfer please email for bank details.

In the unfortunate event of cancellation, it should be noted that reservation payments are non refundable. However if we are successful in re-letting the property we will refund 70% of your payment subject to 28 days notice being provided by email or in writing.

All bookings must include the number and identity of the guests booking the apartment. Please note: this is a no smoking and no pets apartment.

The client booking the property will be liable for the behaviour of all persons accompanying him/her. Any persons breaching this rule will be asked to leave the property without the right to claim any type of compensation.
Arrival

Property will be made available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. A cash damage deposit of £200 sterling will be requested on arrival. This will be refunded in full after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment subject to no damage being found by the managing agent.

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival, upon departure you are obliged to leave the property ina reasonable condition. A cleaning and laundry fee of £40 will be payable on departure.

The owner of the property shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the property, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.
